FUNDRAISERS AND PRIVATE EVENTS
AGING DISGRACEFULLY is perfect for fundraisers, parties, holiday shows, or private/corporate shows. Plus the show is "loose" enough that we can customize it without losing the spirit of the show. We've done several birthdays where we have lots of fun with the guest-of-honor. And as for fundraisers, we can help with promoting and creating tickets, posters, fliers, etc. if you'd like. Time, venues, food is all up to you- we're fine with your choices, but we're happy to advise also.
Pricing: Fundraisers, we can do a per-person deal or charge a flat fee. Private shows are usually a flat fee
depending on day of week and other variables. Either way, Doreen would love to talk
to you! Email her at [email protected].
There are more FUNDRAISING FAQS below.
(FYI- There are additional show choices at the OTHER SHOWS page.)

SOME FUNDRAISING FAQS
-Firstly, our show is never “dirty”, it’s PG to PG 13 and we can go over any subjects
to stay away from- but our show is clean, maybe suggestive at points., but we can talk.
- Our show goes for 75 to 85 minutes, and any time to start is fine with us.
We do night and day shows- the matinees go over well with senior crowds who
enjoy getting home early. But all ages enjoy our show so a weekend night is fine.
- Cost: Our usual price is $20 pp. Maybe less for a fundraiser. Or we can charge
a flat fee- usually $1200 to $1500 depending on the day. We usually
take a deposit of $200 - $400, but if that's a problem, we can talk about it.
-Adding a meal usually helps sell the event. Sometimes churches or halls like to offer an inexpensive spaghetti
and meatball-type dinner (salad, bread, dessert?) that might cost less than $5 a person to provide....
but you can charge $20 for the meal.
-Here’s an example of how this might work: You pick a Sat. night; we charge
$1500 for our show. Let’s forget providing a meal for now. You get the word out and
get a crowd of 200 people (to make it easy) all of whom pay $30 for a ticket. That’s $6000
minus our $1500 yielding $4500 for you! Add in a meal and you can make more. Throw
in raffles and/or auction items and there’s even more. Of course your numbers might be
different- maybe higher or lower, but that’s the gist of it!
-We choose a date at least 6 weeks out to have time to promote it. We’ll also provide you material for fliers, posters, and promote it on our site and newspaper ads! Feel free to contact us for more information:
- Can you LOSE money? Nope. We’ll never let you lose money; if tickets aren’t selling
we’ll postpone, cancel, and/or return your deposit unless there’s
some nefarious reason we shouldn’t. We’ve never had
this happen and don’t expect it to.
